Prizes

  1. Item style and color is subject to change. 
    a. You will be contacted directly if a product changes.

  2. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the competition conclusion
    a. Prizes that are not claimed after 30 days may be void and unredeemable.

  3. Prizes are non-transferable.

  4. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value or other items.

  5. All prize winners must have an Active Status at the time of fulfillment.

  6. Any prize winner who has an Inactive or Terminated status at the time of fulfillment, forfeits all prizes.

  7. Prizes may be subject to taxes and vary from state to state.

  8. Color, model, make of prizes may differ based on availability.
    Prize equivalent in value will be substituted if prize is no longer
    available at the time of fulfillment

Events & Experiences

  1. If you have been invited to a Sunrun-sponsored event and can not attend or choose not to attend for any reason, we do not have an alternate experience or payout option. Flights can not be altered or extended. Doing so will result in the invitee paying for their entire airfare.

  2. Once accommodations have been booked, changes cannot be made. This includes but is not limited to flights, hotels, transportation, activities, and meals.

  3. Invitations to attend a Sunrun-sponsored event are not transferable. If the invitee earns two tickets, they can not extend the invitation to another Sunrun employee. 

  4. All experiences may be in a shared room with another person. Some competitions will specify that two tickets can be earned and redeemed to bring a plus one. Specified experiences may provide the one-ticket earner an option to pay to bring a plus one or pay the increased price for a private room accommodation if there is availability, but it’s not guaranteed. 

  5. All event earners must have an Active Status at the time of the event or experience.

  6. Any event or experience earner who has an Inactive or Terminated status at the time of the event, forfeits all events and experiences.

  7. All incentives and experiences are taxable unless otherwise specified.
